Yes, its not impossible to do without the Glyph, only you have to cast Prot Spirit halfway its effect instead of waiting for it almost fading.

I think the latest update makes this particular technique un-workable;
you're now left with spamming Reversal of Fortune to trigger Zealot's
Fire. As of tonight's release, Divine Boon no longer triggers ZF.

Yup. What a pain in the arse. I enjoy killing things alone because most PvE farming groups are annoying at best or utter morons at worst. Ah, well! Guildies it is then.
